Prospective career for young specialists - “Stars are coming up” program participants.

Special professional and leadership development opportunities are provided for young high potentials employed within the program:

  • Development plan execution begins on the probation period stage and includes special training for young graduates, individual work on a project directed to optimize or improve bank’s business processes.
  • The second stage is a special development program designed for the participants of “Stars are coming up”. This program, lasting for 3 years is aimed at leadership potential creation by means of training, participation in specialized seminars, working on projects within project teams, business trips to BNP Paribas with the aim to gain new experience, strategic meetings with top management, etc.
  • After 3 years of intensive training and development, participants will pass through the objective assessment. If the assessment results are quite positive, young potentials will be included to staff reserve of other program of carrier development within the Bank and will become a potential candidate for managerial position.
