Deposit Line Plus

Deposit Line Plus includes all the terms of the Deposit Line facility, as well as the following supplementary options:

• Combination of additional tranches with specific conditions (interest payment schedule, with/without option of partial withdrawal);
• Partial withdrawal from additional tranches before maturity (this condition is specified by additional deposit tranche agreement);
• Minimum balance to equal 50% of the amount of forecasted interest on such deposit for the whole period of deposit is set on an additional tranche with an option of partial withdrawal;
• Minimum sum to be deposited on the principal tranche is not set.

Interest rateis fixed by currencies subject to a deposit period and interest payment schedule.
