Retail banking services
The Bank’s clients are offered a full package of retail banking services for their current accounts in national and foreign currency. For clients’ convenience, the Telephone-bank and Internet-Banking systems have been created. These systems allow the client to manage his accounts without the need to visit the Bank in person. In addition, the systems allow the Bank to service its clients in the regions across Ukraine.
At present, JSMB UkrSibbank provides a complete range of retail banking services to individuals, including:
- Opening and servicing of accounts in national and foreign currency;
- Cashless transactions;
- Cashtransactions;
- Issue of the client’s account status statements.
Having opened a current account in UAH with JSMB UkrSibbank, you are entitled to:
- withdraw cash from the current account that receives payments in a cash and non-cash forms;
- carry out cashless settlement transactions with legal entities and individuals, including communal payments;
- make money transfers to individuals in Ukraine and abroad;
- Use the current account to receive salaries, pensions and various kinds of pecuniary aid;
- Request information on the balance and movement of funds through your accounts from any point in the world by using the Internet.
Your will receive professional treatment at any branch or affiliate of the Bank if you request the opening and servicing of current accounts or intend to use American Express and Thomas Cook cheques.
Our Bank sells Kyivstar GSM scratch cards and has express cash windows accepting payments for Kyivstar services.
