Management of PSF
The single management body of a PSF is the Fund Council consisting of at least five members elected by the Meeting of Founders.
The Fund
Council has the following functions:
·Controls the operation of the pension fund
·Selects providers of management services for the Fund
·Approves data reflecting the financial status of the fund
·Ensures that pension assets are used properly
·Approves the fund’s charter, investment declaration and pension schemes
