Client-bank

Client-Bank is an effective and easy-to-use system with a wide range of functional possibilities, that allows to manage company’s accounts around the clock without leaving an office.

The system provides the following services:

• possibility to deal with unlimited amount of client’s companies from one workstation;
• possibility of multi-user work in the networks with a dedicated server (Novell,NT, Win2000) as well as in peer-to-peer networks (Win95\98\Me);
• receiving/sending of information of all the companies authorized in the system during one communication session;
• preparation, printing, sending to the Bank of payment orders both in national and foreign currency;
• keeping of documents archive;
• availability of templates allows to quickly create frequently-used payment documents;
• receiving of statements of all client’s accounts for any period;
• keeping and updating of the directories of correspondents, exchange rates, details of payments, etc.;
• receiving and sending of random files and messages.

Specific program add-in has been developed for the Client-Bank system and called “Account Schedule Management” that enables system corporate clients of the Bank to control cash flows of their affiliated branches and entities throughout Ukraine.

For information security purposes it is used an encryption system that has all necessary certificates and excludes forgery/alteration of the document, prepared by a client.
