Product description:

This type of the loan is an entirely new UkrSibbank product. You can obtain a loan for purchasing commercial real estate you are interested in promptly and efficiently. The seller may be either a legal entity or an individual.

Lending conditions:

• All required documents have been submitted;
• The target object should be valid non-residential real estate other than construction-in-progress or an integral part of another real estate object;
• The target object should be located in the same jurisdiction as the Bank’s regional outlet to which the borrower applies (i.e. within the jurisdiction of the above-mentioned regional outlet's regular public notary);
• The real estate has to be insured for the entire lending period + 3 months.

Credit terms:

• Type of loan: term loan to be repaid on a monthly basis;
• Term of the loan: 11 years;
• Initial installment: 15%;
• First repayment: within up to 12 months;
• The real estate has to be insured for the entire lending period + 3 months;
• Collateral – the real estate purchased;
• Purpose of the loan: purchase of commercial real estate.

Minimum interest rates:

Standard repayment scheme:

• 30% per annum in USD;
• 30% per annum in EUR;
• 30% per annum in CHF;
• 30% per annum in UAH.

Annuity repayment scheme:

• 30% per annum in USD;
• 30% per annum in EUR;
• 30% per annum in CHF;
• 30% per annum in UAH.
