2006 was the year to extend periods of loans for SME

Vladlen Dedkov, Head of the SME Department of JSCIB “UkrSibbank”:

2006 was the year to extend periods of loans for SME clients. “UkrSibbank” launched this process as early as in 2004 to 2005 by implementing long-term crediting to purchase real estate and considerably extending periods for all other loans on mortgage. Nowadays, many banks offer loans to SME customers for a period of 7 to 11 years; herewith the difference in rates between targeted loans of individuals (car loans, real estate acquisition) and loan programs for SME continues to decrease. Today, the rates, offered by major market players range from 9 to 14% in foreign currency and from 14 to 20% in Hryvnia. After all, “UkrSibbank” makes its best to offer the most favorable loan terms on the market.
