60% of commercial construction projects financed by “UkrSibbank” are being built on the leased land. The level of contracting organization or group is of paramount importance. It means a lot if such entity has a positive history of implementing similar projects.

The demand for both commercial and office real estate is going down. The market players demonstrate a significant interest for hotel business. There is quite a big deal of work to do in what concerns warehouse real estate; moreover, there are practically no up-to-date storage facilities in Ukraine.

The Bank is assisting several customers in implementation of their projects in different regions of Ukraine. Efficient logistics is getting more and more into needed as it is of great economic significance, especially for the major network operators. It is clear, that good storage conditions, reinforced by well-equipped warehouses, are the primary concern here. The attention to this market is so considerable, that foreign companies have already started to enter the Ukrainian market.
