LLC “PA “Molis” pays out interest yield of A series bonds

JSCIB “UkrSibbank”, paying agent of bonds of LLC “PA “Molis” informs that the Issuer has paid out its A series bonds interest yield for the 9th coupon period in full and within the term. The amount of interest payments for the 9th coupon period made up UAH 397 184.73 or UAH 39.89 per bond.

Basic issue parameters:

  • Total emission volume : UAH 15 000 000;
  • Nominal value per bond: UAH 1 000;
  • Maturity period is 36 months: 07/06/2005 - 02/06/2008
  • Coupon period: 91 days;
  • Coupon rate for the ninth-to-tenth interest periods:16%;
  • Premature redemption: it is possible each six months;
  • Paying agent: JSCIB “UkrSibbank”;
  • Depository: OJSC “MFS”;

JSCIB “UkrSibbank” is keeping the second market liquidity of the Issuer’s corporate bonds displaying daily quotations in FSTS and Reuters.

LLC “Production Association “Molis” is a production department of Molis Companies Group and ranks the second among the largest producers of processed cheese (about 16% of the Ukrainian production) in Ukraine and it is a major hard cheese producer (1%). Molis Companies Group has been on the market since 1998. The aggregate capacities of the enterprise enable to produce up to 2.7 tons of diary products per month. The products are produced under the trademarks “Molis” and “Molika”. Upon the results of 2006 the net income of the Issuer amounted to UAH 125.3 mln, operating profit – UAH 5.9 mln.
