OJSC JSC «Kombinat « Prydniprovskyi» pays out interest yield of A series bonds

JSCIB “UkrSibbank”, paying agent of bonds of OJSC JSC “Kombinat “Prydniprovskyi” informs that the Issuer has paid out its A series bonds interest yield for the 11th coupon period in full and within the term. The amount of interest payments for the 11th coupon period made up UAH 352 627.60 or UAH 39.89 per bond.

Basic issue parameters:

  • Total emission volume : UAH 10 000 000;
  • Nominal value per bond: UAH 1 000;
  • Maturity period is 36 months from December 7, 2004 till December 4, 2007;
  • Coupon rate for the ninth-to-twelfth periods is established at the rate of 16%;
  • Coupon period: 91 days;
  • Depository: OJSC «MFS»;
  • Paying agent: JSCIB «UkrSibbank».

JSCIB «UkrSibbank» is keeping the second market liquidity of the Issuer’s corporate bonds displaying daily quotations in FSTS and Reuters.

OJSC JSC «Kombinat « Prydniprovskyi» (Dnipropetrovsk Region) is a large producer of diary products. The factory was founded in 1990 on the base of Dnipropetrovsk Gormolzavod No. 2 built in 1976. The Company produces full cream milk, fermented milk and dietary products (including the unskimmed milk products for infants), hard cheeses, butter, etc under the trademark Zlagoda. Following the results of 2006 the net earnings amounted to UAH 159.8 mln, net profit - UAH 2.1 mln. As of the end of 2006 the net book value of the Company made up UAH 53.3 mln.

JSCIB «UkrSibbank» (www.ukrsibbank.com) was registered on June 18, 1990. The Bank has a full NBU license ¹ 75 dated December 24, 2001 on banking. As of 01.08.2007: net assets – UAH 30.6 bln., capital – UAH 3.5 bln, loan and investment portfolio makes up UAH 26.7 bln, corporate clients’ funds – UAH 4.6 bln, individuals’ funds – UAH 3.9 bln. At present regional network amounts to 1000 branches and outlets nationwide. 69 thousand Ukraine’s businesses are customers of JSCIB “UkrSibbank”, number of individuals’ accounts exceeds 2.9 mln. In April 2006 it was closed a deal on BNP Paribas purchase of 51% shares in JSCIB “UkrSibbank”.
