Profitability of initial allocation of B-series bonds of “International Car Holding „Atlant-Ì” LTD makes up 15,5%

Managing issue underwriter JSCIB “UkrSibbank” started initial allocation of B-series bonds of “International Car Holding „Atlant-Ì” LTD.

The total profitability of allocation of B-series bonds of “International Car Holding „Atlant-Ì” LTD is fixed at the rate of 15,5%.

Allocation profitability is fixed by the issuer based on the applications from investors, the volume of which has exceeded the volume of B-series bonds issue, which allowed to decrease it by 0,5% relative to nominal profitability (16%).

Initial allocation profitability is single for all investors for the entire period of initial allocation.

Initial allocation of B-series obligations started on March, 12 2007, and will last till January, 11 2008 or till the moment of last bond allocation by managing underwriter of the bonds issue JSCIB “UkrSibbank”.

Basic characteristics of issue:

  • Emission volume: UAH 100 000 000,00, two series of UAH 50 000 000,00 each;
  • Nominal value of one bond: UAH 1 000;
  • Coupon period for the first to the fourth coupon period for both series: 16% per annum in UAH, interest rate for other periods is determined by the issuer, but may not be less than 3% per annum in UAH;
  • Coupon period: 91 days;
  • Early selling of bonds: possible upon termination of 4 and 8 coupon period;
  • A Series – UAH 50 000 000; Circulation period is 36 months: December, 11 2006 till December, 07 2009;
  • B Series – UAH 50 000 000; Circulation period is 36 months: March, 12 2007 till March, 08 2010;
  • Depositary: OJSC "MFS";
  • Managing underwriter: JSCIB “UkrSibbank”;
  • Paying agent: JSCIB “UkrSibbank”.

A Series obligations were allocated in full and within the fixed period.

JSCIB “UkrSibbank” will maintain liquidity of secondary market of the Issuer’s corporate obligations by displaying daily quotations in the First Financial and Trading System and Reuters.

The Holding was founded in 1991. International Car Holding „Atlant-Ì” is a major importer of Volkswagen in Ukraine and Belorussia, an official dealer of Volkswagen, Audi, Mazda, Opel, Saab, Chevrolet, Hummer, Ford, Cadillac, Skoda, Toyota, Citroen, Kia, Great Wall, BAW, BYD Auto, Brilliance Auto, JinBei, VAZ, GAZ, UAZ, ÌÀZ, MTZ. The Holding also has its own staff training institute, is a major investor, sponsor and patron.

The following companies are operating in Ukraine: general importer of Volkswagen, two Chinese car importers, three official dealers of Volkswagen, distributor of lubricants Mobil and Esso, as well as a number of other companies.

During the year 2006 car sales revenue of Ukrainian branch of “Atlant-Ì” holding has increased by 74,2% as compared to the year 2005 and topped $200 mln., while the number of sold cars has made up some 8,0 thousand. It is planned to increase import of cars to 13,0 thousand in 2007. It is also planned to expand the portfolio of brands and increase the number of car centers in Kyiv and in major cities.

 

JSCIB «UkrSibbank» was registered on June 18 1990. Bank has full NBU license for banking operations ¹ 75 of December, 24 2001.

As of 01.12.2006: net assets – UAH 21,1 bln., capital – UAH 2,5 bln., loan and investment portfolio makes up UAH 17,6 bln., corporate customers’ funds – UAH 3,7 bln., individuals’ funds – UAH 3,4 bln.

Regional network currently amounts to 967 branches and outlets throughout Ukraine. 65 thousand of Ukraine’s businesses are customers of JSIB «UkrSibbank», the amount of individuals’ accounts exceeds 2,2 mln.
