JSCIB «UkrSibbank» has fully allocated B Series bonds of «International Car Holding «Atlant-Ì» LTD

On March 15, 2007 «International Car Holding «Atlant-Ì LTD finished allocation of B Series bonds through Managing issue underwriter JSCIB «UkrSibbank» in the amount of UAH 50 000 000.00. This allocation was completed during four days.

The single profitability for allocation of B Series bonds of «International Car Holding «Atlant-Ì» LTD was fixed by the Issuer at the rate of 15.5% per annum based on the applications, received from investors (0.5% lower than nominal profitability (16%)).

Initial placement of B Series bonds started on March 12, 2007 and lasted till March, 15, 2007.

Basic characteristics of issue:

  • Emission volume: UAH 100 000 000.00, two series of UAH 50 000 000.00 each;
  • Nominal value of one bond: UAH 1 000;
  • Coupon income for the first to the fourth coupon period for both series: 16% per annum in UAH, interest rate for other periods is determined by the issuer, but may not be less than 3% per annum in UAH;
  • Coupon period: 91 days;
  • Early sale of bonds: possible upon termination of the 4th and 8th coupon period;
  • A Series – UAH 50 000 000; Circulation period is 36 months: December 11, 2006 till December 07, 2009;
  • B Series – UAH 50 000 000; Circulation period is 36 months: March 12, 2007 till March 08, 2010;
  • Depositary: OJSC «MFS»;
  • Managing underwriter: JSCIB «UkrSibbank»;
  • Paying agent: JSCIB «UkrSibbank».

A Series bonds were allocated in full and within the fixed period.

JSCIB «UkrSibbank» will maintain liquidity of secondary market of the Issuer’s corporate bonds by displaying daily quotations in the First Financial and Trading System and Reuters.

It is planned to increase import of cars to 13.0 thousand in 2007. It is also planned to expand the portfolio of brands and increase the number of car centers in Kyiv and in major cities.
