Charter capital of UkrSibbank will be increased by UAH 450 mln

General Meeting of Shareholders of JSCIB “UkrSibbank” was held on May 7, 2007 in Kyiv.

It was resolved to increase the bank’s charter capital by UAH 450,000,000.00 (four hundred fifty million) up to UAH 2.575 bln. In view of the charter capital increase the General Meeting of Shareholders approved the prospectus of the Bank’s common registered shares issue.

JSCIB «UkrSibbank» was registered on June 18, 1990. The bank has a full NBU license for banking operations ¹ 75 of December 24, 2001. As of 01.04.2007: net assets – UAH 24.9 bln, capital – UAH 3.1 bln, loan and investment portfolio makes up UAH 22.4 bln, corporate customers’ funds – UAH 3.5 bln, individuals’ funds – UAH 3.6 bln. Regional network currently amounts to 967 branches and outlets throughout Ukraine. 69 thousand of Ukraine’s businesses are customers of JSCIB «UkrSibbank», the amount of individuals’ accounts exceeds 2.7 mln.
