UkrSibbank’s shareholders meeting to take place

On June 25, 2007 it was held the General Shareholders’ Meeting of JSCIB «UkrSibbank» in the city of Kyiv.

General meeting of shareholders made a decision to approve of the results of placing of UkrSibbank’s common registered shares of the fourteenth emission of total nominal value UAH 450 000 000 in the quantity of 9 000 000 000.

It was also resolved to make corresponding changes in the Bank’s Charter.

Shares of the 14th emission were placed among existing shareholders of the Bank.

JSCIB «UkrSibbank» was registered on June 18, 1990. The bank has a full NBU license for banking operations ¹ 75 of December 24, 2001.

As of 01.05.2007: net assets – UAH 25.6 bln, capital – UAH 3.1 bln, loan and investment portfolio makes up UAH 22.6 bln, corporate customers’ funds – UAH 3.6 bln, individuals’ funds – UAH 3.6 bln.

Regional network currently amounts to 967 branches and outlets throughout Ukraine. 69 thousand of Ukraine’s businesses are customers of JSCIB «UkrSibbank»; the amount of individuals’ accounts exceeds 2.7 mln.
