Internships in outlets of UkrSibbank

The main objective of the Program is to form up a staff reserve for typical positions in the Trade Network that provides a possibility to hire employees without work experience, but with sufficient extent of theoretical and practical knowledge.

 

Participants of the Program might become candidates:
• without work experience in the banking sphere;
• who have incomplete or complete higher economic education;
• who successfully passed all the stages of the selection process.

 


  • Duration of the program is 3 month.

     

    We understand that the future of the Bank depends on qualified staff working in the company. That is why we offer to graduates and young specialists the following:

    • free education both at the workplace and in the form of trainings. Every trainee is assigned to a mentor who will guide him or her through all the stages of the internship.
    • official paid employment during the main period of the internship;
    • further career development in UkrSibbank in case of successful internship completion.

     

    The Program provides a possibility of internship at one of the following positions:

    • financial consultant;
    • client service specialist;
    • operations and cash services specialist;
    • operations specialist.


  • In order to take part in the Internship Program designed specially for graduates and young professionals you have to:
    • fill in an application form at the web-site;
    • get an invitation for an interview in the city where a internship will take place;
    • successfully pass the interview.

    The process of selection to the program consists of the following stages:
    • candidate’s CV and application form analysis;
    • telephone interview;
    • panel interview;
    • examination on the results of training.

    It all started last autumn, when I being 5th year student of a Kiev university with no experience, decided to find a job. This period was probably the most difficult because you do not know for sure exactly where you'd like to work.. Accordingly, I decided to analyze the labor market in Ukraine. The result was not forced me to wait. The banking sector is the most stable and promising place for a youth specialist or student employment. The next step was to choose the bank. Taking into account the incredible number of banks on the Ukrainian financial market it was not easy also. However, only in "UkrSibbank" they took into account all the needs, challenges and opportunities for young professionals. Only here the program for graduates was development. The choice was made.

     

    All phases of training were extremely interesting, but most important for me was to work in the outlet next to the financial advisor because it let me immediately and immerse myself in the world of loans, deposits, insurance, and various non-standard situations. This experience could not be compared with anything else. After successfully passed test, I was hired to the "UkrSibbank star team". This program really gave me the opportunity in an extremely short time to become a financial consultant and a professional adviser on various issues.

     

    After working for some time in the outlet and gaining necessary experience, I started to work at the International clients Centre services as I speak foreign language quite well. Now every day I'm improving my professional and language skills, communicating with very interesting people from different countries, addressing a completely non-standard situations. This experience will provide with an opportunity to work in Head Office with large companies. UkrSibbank provides all the features and tools for everyday success. Everything depends on your desire.   • 1. How will develop my career in case of successful completion of a internship?
    In case of successful internship completion and vacant positions availability, you will receive an offer to fill in one of the possible position within the Bank. Moreover, in cooperation with your manager you will set goals for the near future that will help you to understand possible steps for further career development

    2. What trainings/education will I receive during the internship?
    Trainings will take place during the entire internship period and will include almost all the trainings aimed at development of sales skills, acquisition of knowledge on specifics of the banking products, organizational corporate standards and other.

    3. What knowledge and skills it is required to possess in order to become a internship in UkrSibbank?
    In order to become a participant of the program above all it necessary to have a strong wish to develop and get educated at the workplace, have complete or incomplete higher economic education and possess sound communication skills.

    4. What is the role of a mentor during the internship?
    Being experienced employee of the bank, a mentor will support you during the entire internship both in terms of work and education. That provides a possibility to receive fast responses to all occurring questions and learn on a daily basis adopting professional experience.
