STARS ARE COMMING UP
In order to improve UkrSibbank’s leadership potential, the HR Department has worked out a program aimed at recruiting and developing young promsing specialists. This program allows graduates of the best Ukrainian and foreign universities to start their professional career in BNP Paribas Group.
If you are a graduate with the bachelor’s or master’s degree, have a good command of English and want to work in UkrSibbank, one of the best banks in Ukraine and the whole world, this program is designed specially for you!
To take part in the program first you will need to send your CV via e-mail. If you prove your potential and capacity to join UkrSibbank, you will receive an invitation to the presentation of the "Stars Are Coming Up" program where you will be consulted on details and specifics of the given program.
Having passed the recruitment process you will have to go through a probation period during which each newcomer learns the conditions and rules of working in the bank. You will also have an opportunity to participate in special trainings for graduates, prove your skills and knowledge by working on an individual project guided by a personal supervisor who is an expert in his/her professional sphere and an experienced manager, providing you with the conditions necessary for preparing a high quality project, which is necessary for your employement.
As you pass your probation period, you will become a part of UkrSibbank star team and begin your professional development with the Bank!
