Project Finance Center – Corporate Banking Department entity, specialized in:

• Studying and financing of long-term investment projects;
• Analyzing of financial standing, estimation of business value, organization of mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring;
• Consulting on project finance and corporate finances.

Structure of project financing, purchase and restructuring of businesses are customized for each client depending on the operation /project following the standard scheme:

• Loan will be repaid by cash flows generated by the business or project itself;
• Project or business assets are pledged, its purchase is financed by the Bank.

Project finance mainly targets the following segments:

• Construction of entertainment, office and shopping centers;
• Construction of the new plants or modernization of the existing ones, or any other industrial projects;
• Construction of logistics centers, warehouses and infrastructural units, residential real estate construction.
