• Buy "KYIVSTAR GSM" scratch-cards;
• Pay apartment rent and utility bills;
• Pay telephone bills;
• Pay electricity bills;
• Pay tuition for study in Ukraine and abroad.

You can also make payments to legal entities for goods and services.
