"UkrSibbank" provides loans to individuals.

Loans are provided both in Hryvnias and US dollars and Euro.
Maximum loan term depends on the purpose of the loan:

• Purchase of property – up to 21-30 years;
• Purchase of a car – up to 7 years;
• Consumer loan – up to 2-10 years;
• Micro credit loans – up to 7 years;
• Сonsumer credit without mortgage - up to 4 years.

"UkrSibbank" JSIB provides loans for consumer purposes at the pledge of any liquid assets (real estate, auto transportation, money deposits) for individuals.
Pledge in this case may be represented by:

• Real estate;
• Auto transportation;
• Money deposit in our Bank;
• Third-parties’ guarantees (both of legal entities and individuals).

Using JSCIB UkrSibbank services You can also buy goods in credit in shop networks, which are our partners.

Pledge related to “Micro credit” programs may be represented by liquid movable and immovable assets.

Our bank presents certain requirements to pledges if it is represented by a deposit. In this case the deosits must be allocated in "UkrSibbank" only.
Property rights for the deposit are transferred as pledge. Furthermore the term of effectiveness of the deposit agreement in foreign (national) currency must not be less than the term for which the loan is provided.

Moreover, if you are applying for a mortgage loan, car loan or micro credit, you have a unique opportunity to pay the insurance payment (in the amount of 100%) and/or the commission of the Bank (in the amount of 50%) at the expense of the credit provided that:

• amount of the initially applied for credit does not exceed 85% of the market price of the pledge,
• amount of the loan for paying the insurance premium and commission fee is settled within 12 months in equal installments from the moment of being granted.

The Bank provides a payment card with an overdraft limit to the customers who are individuals who have received or are in the process of receiving loans under retail loan programs:

• mortgage loans, including.:
• loans for purchase of property;
• consumer loans with real estate pledge;
• loans for investing into residential property construction;
• loans for purchasing land plots.
• car loans (including used cars);
• micro credit (only for borrowers who are private entrepreneurs).
