“Agromat” fulfills its offer obligations on series B, and pays out interest income on bonds of series À and series Â

JSCIB “UkrSibbank”, lead underwriter and paying agent of bond issue of PTC LLC “Agromat”, informs that the Issuer has, in full and in due terms, fulfilled its obligations to investors on payment of nominal value for repurchased bonds of series  at offer, and paid out interest income for the 5th interest period on bonds of series À and for the 4th interest period on bonds of series Â. Interest payments amounted to UAH 44.88 per series A bond and UAH 37.40 per series  bond.

There are currently outstanding bonds of PTC LLC “Agromat” of four series for total nominal value of UAH 200 mln.

Basic parameters of the first issue:

  • Volume of emission: UAH 100 000 000.00, two series of UAH 50 000 000.00;
  • Public (open) offering;
  • Circulation of series À – till July 12, 2010; series  – till October 11, 2010;
  • Par value per bond: UAH 1 000;
  • Interest income for the fifth-eighth periods on series À - 18% p.a. in UAH, on series  – 19% p.a. in UAH, interest rate for the remaining periods is to be fixed by the Issuer, but may not be less than 3% p.a. in UAH;
  • Interest period: 91 days;
  • Premature sale of bonds: upon the 4th and 8th interest period of bonds of relevant series;
  • Depositary: OJSC “MFS”;
  • Underwriter: JSCIB “UkrSibbank”;
  • Paying agent: JSCIB “UkrSibbank”.

JSCIB “UkrSibbank” maintains the liquidity of secondary market of corporate bonds of the Issuer by displaying quotations in PFTS.

  • Private (closed) offering;
  • Circulation of series C – till February 15, 2011; series D – till August 16, 2011;
  • Par value per bond: UAH 1 000;
  • Interest income for the first-fourth interest periods on series C – 13.5% p.a. in UAH, on series D – 13.5% p.a. in UAH, interest rate for the remaining periods is to be fixed by the Issuer, but may not be less than 3% p.a. in UAH;
  • Interest period: 91 days;
  • Premature sale of bonds: upon the 4th and 8th interest period of bonds of relevant series;
  • Depositary: OJSC “MFS”;

Production and Trading Company LLC “Agromat” is the largest retailer of sanitary ware products and ceramic tiles in Ukraine. In 2008, the company’s share represents over 25% of the Ukrainian market of ceramic tiles. Most products are sold wholesale (up to 90%), the rest - by retail through the related companies and subsidiaries: subsidiary “Service” and LLC “Agromat-Center”. “Service” subsidiary sells products through shopping centers, owned or leased by the parent company: “Svit Keramiky” and “Svit Santehniky”. Net income of the Issuer for the last year (12 months ended on 01.07.2008) totals UAH 602.8 mln with a 17% increase over the 2007 earnings. The funds, attracted at the bond issue, were drawn to open a new shop of elite products by international producers in the city of Kyiv with a total area of 1431 sq.m, located at Shota Rustaveli Street.
