Investment business

Investment business is a core operational area of JSIB UkrSibbank. The Bank has gained unique experience in this sphere and created a team of professionals that can resolve any task, regardless of its difficulty. The Bank focuses on the following services:

  • organization of issue and placement of securities
  • transactions with notes
  • trade in securities
  • security custodian services
  • analytical support of clients

The Bank was recognized a leader in the underwriters’ rating of the Companion weekly in 2002 and 2003, named the Best Investment Bank of Ukraine in 2003, the best underwriter of 2004 (by Cbonds agency, Russia) and the most active trader in municipal and corporate bonds at PFTS in 2004. JSIB UkrSibbank was an underwriter for the purposes of the following bond issues: CJSC KievStar GSM (fist and second issues), state owned JSC Titan (second issue), Borispol International Airport (first, second and third issues), ZAO Sarmat (first and second issues), Konti Invest, a subsidiary of CJSC Kiev Konti, SAM Travel Company, DK Ukrtransgaz, LLC UkrSib-Finans, OJSC Azot, LLC AVK Concern, CJSC ProCredit Bank (second and third issues), LLC MKS, Firm T.M.M.-OOO, OJSC AK Kombinat Pridneprovski, Subsidiary Company Kvisa-Trade, CJSC Odessa Champaign Plant, LLC PO Molis, OJSC Diesel Locomotive Repair Plant, CJSC Distillery No 1 as well as City Councils of Kiev, Kharkov, Zaporozhie and Donetsk. Since then, it has taken part in 75 issues for the total amount exceeding UAH 7 billion

JSIB UkrSibbank is:

  • a shareholder and a member of OJSC Interregional Stock Union (a clearing depository)
  • a shareholder and a member of Ukrainian Interbank Currency Exchange (stock section member)
  • active member of First Stock Trade System Association (PFTS).

Licenses of the Bank:

  • License of the NBU to perform banking transactions No 75 as of 24 December 2001;
  • Permit of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine No 61 as of 9 August 1994 to operate as a depository investment fund and investment company;
  • License issued by the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market to issue securities and enter into depository operations as a security custodian (ÀÁ No 113285 as of 6 October 2004).
