Custodian services
Since 1998 JSIB UkrSibbank has been engaged in professional depository operations as a Security Custodian. The Bank offers its clients a full range of custodian services, experience and high professional level of its personnel as well as its repository and modern computer hardware and software. As the Bank itself acts as a custodian, it can offer its clients integrated services in the securities market.
The Banks offers its clients flexible and convenient tariffs for depository services.
Quality of the Bank’s services is confirmed by invariably high positions in the national rating list of registrars, depositors and custodians called Convenience in Title Re-registration prepared by Information and Analytical Centre D.A.R. and in the rating list prepared by the Professional Associations of Registrars and Depositors (PARD).
Clients of the JSIB UkrSibbank Custodian are individuals and legal entities, investment funds, professional players of the security markets and investors, both residents and non-residents. JSIB UkrSibbank was declared the winner of the tender for provision of custodian services to the State Property Fund of Ukraine: this decision was taken considering the assessment of the Bank’s financial position, branch network development, experience in depository transactions and the Bank’s client base.
JSIB UkrSibbank offers its clients the following:
- opening security accounts for legal entities and individuals
- safekeeping of securities issued in documentary and other forms
- servicing security movements on security accounts
- servicing corporate transactions of the securities issuer
- services of the investment fund depository
- information services
- advisory services on accounting for title to securities.
License issued by the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market to issue securities and enter into depository operations as a security custodian (ÀÁ No 113285 as of 6 October 2004).
