Trade in securities
JSIB UkrSibbank has been professionally operating in the securities market since 1995. Since then the Bank accumulated significant investment experience, developed and implemented a wide range of services. JSIB UkrSibbank offers its clients the following:
- integrated broker services in the security market: within the framework of a contract the client will have a possibility to perform a full range of transactions both in the stock market and in the over-the-counter market
- asset management (of securities and cash) in the stock market; performance of transactions with the investor’s money and for his benefit (placement of available cash to earn income, increase liquidity and yield on securities held by he investor)
- shaping of the client’s investment portfolio depending on available assets, required investment timeframe and risk level
- the client will regularly receive information on the current situation in the stock market and on the status and yield of his security portfolio
- REPO and reverse REPO transactions
- extension of loans against bonds
- purchase and consolidation of large blocks of shares
- a wide range of advisory services in the areas of investments, including advice to non-residents

License issued by the State Commission for Securities and Stock Market to issue securities and enter into depository operations as a security custodian (ÀÁ No 113285 as of 6 October 2004).
