“UkrSib Strategic Investments”
“UkrSib Strategic Investments” is a closed-end fund incorporated as a joint-stock company. It is a mixed-type fund, which provides for an opportunity to invest into debt securities as well as into high-growth-potential equities. Investors of the fund also act as its shareholders. They have a right to participate in the Fund management through taking part in the General Meeting of Shareholders and by means of other instruments envisaged by the corporate law.
- Individuals as well as legal entities may become the participants of the Fund. This Fund deals mainly with retail customers.
- Shares of the Fund are freely traded on the market during the entire period of the Fund’s existence. UkrSibbank acts as a market-maker and displays the quotations of the Fund’s shares in the First Stock Trading System on a daily basis.
- The Fund realizes mixed investment strategy by giving equal preferences to reliable debt instruments – municipals, corporate and public bonds and equities, therefore its profitability will be higher than the one of the bond funds. The strategy chosen presupposes higher share of risk than the one associated with the bond Funds, however, it is still much lower than that of the equity funds.
