“UkrSib Real Estate Fund”
“UkrSib Real Estate Fund” is a mixed-type fund thus providing an opportunity to invest not only into securities but also into real estate and corporate rights. Shareholders of the fund act as its investors. They have a right to participate in the Fund management through taking part in the General Meeting of Shareholders and by means of other instruments envisaged by the applicable legislation.
Individuals as well as legal entities may become the participants of the Fund. Shares of the Fund are freely traded on the market during the entire period of the Fund’s existence. Activities of the fund encompass the period of 20 years. Peculiarities of investing into the real estate account for such a durable period as the projects are highly capitalized and long-term.
The Fund targets the mixed investment strategy by splitting its assets into three categories: real estate, securities and corporate rights. Consequently, the risks the Fund is exposed to are much lower than those faced by the funds focused on investing solely into securities. The Fund diversifies its portfolio by allocating the investments between a wide range of various assets in order to be able to mitigate the risk of possible capital loss as well as to improve the investment performance.
