Asset management company UkrSib Asset Management (www.ukrsibfunds.com) is a part of UkrSibbank financial corporation. The exclusive area of operation of this Company is management of assets of Joint Investment Institutions: unit funds and corporate investment funds. These funds are created through sales of the fund’s securities to a large number of investors. The Asset Management Company would invest the raised money according to the investment strategy identified upon creation of the fund and stated in the investment declaration of the fund. Depending on the types of the fund the investments may be channelled into various income earning assets, including securities, deposits, property etc. Investors of the fund are co-owners of its assets and the value of their share in the fund grows in proportion to the growth of the fund’s net assets. The investors can realize their income (receive cash) either when the fund is closed or when the fund’s securities are sold in the secondary market.

This non-diversified closed-type unit fund was created in 2004. Its size is UAH 20 million. The fund strategy envisages investments into debt securities (bonds and notes) of the most reliable Ukrainian companies with the objective of earning income.
- Venture Capital Fund
This non-diversified closed-type unit fund was created in 2004. Its size is UAH 5 million. Venture funds have a larger scope for investments compared to other funds. This turns them into a convenient tool for venture investments and creation of business funding schemes.

Statutory capital of CJSC Asset Management Company UkrSib Asset Management amounts to UAH 50 million, which grants it the right to manage up to UAH 2,5 billion worth of assets. JSIB UkrSibbank owns 99.94% of the Company’s statutory capital.
