UkrSibbank Increased Its Personal Finance Sales by 40% in 2011
In 2011, UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group issued 421,100 personal loans totaling UAH 1.84 bn, an increase of 43.5% over 2010 (238,000 personal loans totaling UAH 813 mn were issued).
In the personal finance market, UkrSibbank offers personal, cash and car loans. Personal loans were the most popular among clients since the bank issued 404,000 such loans totaling UAH 1.7 bn, accounting for 91% of UkrSibbank’s personal finance portfolio.
Cash loans placed second with 7% of the portfolio. Even though the service was launched in August 2011, the bank still managed to sell 17,500 cash loans amounting to UAH 131.5 mn. Car loans, which the bank resumed issuing in July 2011, finished third in terms of popularity.
“High personal lending rates demonstrate that such services meet customers’ current needs. Thanks to our prudent risk assessment of every potential loan, we are creating a high-quality portfolio,” said Volodymyr Radin, Head of Personal Finance Sales Department of UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group.
All of UkrSibbank’s personal loans are sold under the “Green Credit” brand. Its paramount task is to provide clients with responsible financing services.
