23/01/2012

UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group in association with MasterCard, is offering a unique MasterCard Debit card for clients who have a Salary Project account in UkrSibbank. The new card will provide the Bank’s clients with an opportunity to enjoy commission-free cash withdrawals at any ATM throughout Ukraine.

“One of UkrSibbank’s most essential tasks is to improve the quality of customer services and offers. This card will allow our clients to get funds at the nearest ATM with no fee whatsoever. Thus, there is no need to search for  an UkrSibbank ATM, make a withdrawal, or carry around large sums of cash “just in case.” It is far more convenient and safe to know that cash can be withdrawn basically at any time,” says Konstantyn Lezhnin, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group.

“Having proved its effectiveness on the Eastern European markets Debit MasterCard product was launched in Ukraine. Polish experience shows, that in 1.5 year  the cardholders’ behavior changes: having the possibility to withdraw cash free in any ATM within the country they start withdraw less cash and use the card more frequently in POS, at the same time the balances on their accounts grows. We believe that DMC is the product, which under the correct positioning is able to change not only the behavior of salary cards, but also increase the effectiveness of ATM networks,” comments Pawel Rychlinski, Cluster Head Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria & Balkans, MasterCard Europe.

Increasing numbers of clients are choosing UkrSibbank because of its constant drive to improve its range of offers, implement cutting-edge technologies, and enhance service quality. This is corroborated by studies analyzing the personal banking market, which were conducted by Gfk Ukraine in 2010-2011. According to survey results, UkrSibbank is ranked as one of the top three most client-friendly banks. Respondents reported high levels of appreciation for the Bank’s conveniently located branches, courtesy and friendliness shown by employees, who have proved their expertise in tricky situations, and, last but not least, a wide array of banking products.
